On behalf of my brothers, Paul and Peter as well as mum's son-in-law Paul, I wanted to set up a memorial page where people could share stories of mum. Funerals are always instrinsically sad so this should be a place where happy memories are shared - people always remember her very distinctive laugh, or her inability to control her mobility scooter when tipsy or sober! Please share your memories and photos on this page.

We all also know that times are really tough for everyone so instead of flowers at the funeral, mum would have liked people who feel able to to donate to Katherine House Hospice. Katherine House helped her husband Jimmy 9 years ago and she was on the Katherine House ward in hospital before moving to the care home where she passed. They do brilliant work so your money will be going to a very good cause.
